How do I get started?
1. Contact us by phone, email, or just stop by.
2. Attend our a FREE Conditioning Class every Saturday at 9:00am.
3. Sign up for Elements.  You may do this in person, by phone, or email.
4. Start attending CrossFit Anacapa Group Classes regularly.
Where is CrossFit Anacapa located?

We are located at 6255 Inez Street Unit 7, Ventura, CA 93003 in the Freeway Industrial Center off Ventura Blvd. and next to the Metro link station.

Can I bring a partner?

Yes!  The more, the merrier!

I’m visiting from out of town, can I drop in?

Of course!  We do not have a drop-in fee for out-of-towners for up to one week, but please call or email us ahead of time so we know when to expect you.

Do I need to be in shape before I show up?

Absolutely not!  We have members who are all at different stages of fitness levels.  You will be pushed and encouraged based on your current level of fitness.  All we want is for you to give your best effort during each workout.

Do I need to know anything before I show up?

No knowledge on anything even remotely related to working out is necessary to come to CrossFit Anacapa.  Conditioning classes are designed to not require any prior fitness experience. You will learn the movements of the workout during the class. For CrossFit memberships we have Elements Classes where experienced coaches will teach and guide you through the basic movements performed in our workouts.

What should I wear when I come?

Comfortable workout gear and running shoes.  Trail or off-road running shoes are most appropriate, but any type will do.

What should I bring when I come?

You should bring water, a towel, and a light snack for after the workout.
