CrossFit Anacapa is completely different from a typical gym and we would love to show you how in one of our FREE CrossFit Conditioning Classes.  You will learn how CrossFit is different from other workout methods and why it produces extraordinary results. You’ll also get to participate in a CrossFit style workout.  CrossFit workouts and our gym are two things that you really must experience first-hand to understand how life-changing a switch to CrossFit can be.

Class Times:

Our CrossFit Conditioning Classes are available 7 days a week. First class is free to try!


What To Expect:

Regardless of your fitness abilities, expect to learn.  Expect to see smiling faces and people cheering you on, helping you get through your workout.  Expect to have a challenging, but short workout that might give you a little reality check on your fitness level.  And most importantly, expect to HAVE FUN!


What To Wear/Bring:

Wear comfortable athletic wear and tennis shoes.  Make sure to bring lots of water and you are always welcome to bring a friend!
