Our CrossFit Conditioning Classes are available 7 days a week. First class is free to try!
What To Expect:
Regardless of your fitness abilities, expect to learn. Expect to see smiling faces and people cheering you on, helping you get through your workout. Expect to have a challenging, but short workout that might give you a little reality check on your fitness level. And most importantly, expect to HAVE FUN!
What To Wear/Bring:
Wear comfortable athletic wear and tennis shoes. Make sure to bring lots of water and you are always welcome to bring a friend!

If you are interested in joining in on one of our CrossFit Conditioning Classes, please come 15 min before class to fill out a Waiver and you are good to workout. See you soon!
